Booking conditions

In high season, our accommodations are rented out for a minimum of 5 nights (unless otherwise stated). We welcome you from 4 pm, departure is before 10 am. Outside the high season it is possible to rent for a shorter period with a minimum of 1 nights. Ask us for the rates and conditions.

In low season (Nov-March) and mid season (Sept-Oct/April-June) it is also possible to book for a longer period (from 4 weeks or more).

Ask us about the rates and conditions. We always make a personal and tailor-made offer for this.

Included:

The rental price includes linen, towels, kitchen towels and pool towels. A cot or high chair can be reserved for €2 per night. The linen for the cot is included in this price.

We charge €50 for the mandatory end-cleaning, which is not included in the rental price. We also require a deposit of € 250 upon arrival, to be paid in cash. For the long-stay the deposit will be a months' rent. 

Tourist tax:

Tourist tax of € 1,10 per person per night is not included but unfortunately mandatory. We remit this tax for you to the municipality of Sorges.

Other conditions:

Pets are not allowed in the high-season.  Outside the high season,  a (small) pet is allowed in consultation and at an additional charge of € 50,= per week. The mandatory end-cleaning will then be € 150,=.

Smoking indoors is not allowed.

The swimming pool is open from 08.00 - 19.00 and only during the months of June - September.

Payment:

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount to be paid within 48 hours of booking. The reservation is final after the down payment has been received on our account. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation:

There is no cancellation policy. In the unlikely event that you have to interrupt your booked stay (late arrival, interruption or early departure) this does not entitle you to compensation. We therefore advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
